Shoe insulation testing machine

The shoe insulation testing machine is mainly used for welding protective shoes, high-temperature shoe sole materials such as rubber, polymers, etc. to test their high-temperature resistance. After testing, there should be no softening, melting, cracking or other phenomena on the surface of the outsole sample. The testing method is to heat the sandbox to 150 ℃, let the sand cover the contact area between the sample shoe upper and sole, and record the temperature change of the insole over time within 30 minutes, accurate to 0.5 ℃.




Experimental principle:


Place the test sample in a sand bath at the specified temperature and maintain it for the specified time. By measuring the temperature inside the test sample or before and after the insole, evaluate whether the test sample has insulation performance and its effectiveness based on the magnitude of temperature change and the severity of damage to the test sample.

ISO 8782-1, ISO 20344, LD32, LD4, GB/T 20991 Part 5.12 standard requirements.

Sand volume: 5000 ± 250cm3


Sand particle size: 0.3-1.0mm


Oven plate temperature: room temperature~150 ± 5 ℃ or 250 ± 5 ℃


Heating power: 2.5KW


Heat transfer medium: standard Ф 5mm steel ball


Copper/Copper Nickel Thermocouple: Welding a copper disk with a thickness of 2 ± 0.1mm and a diameter of 15 ± 1mm


Temperature control accuracy: ± 2 ℃.


Temperature recorder: automatic temperature recording


Sand bath: equipped with a heating plate that can be adjusted to 250


External dimensions: approximately 105 x 45 x 55cm


Standard configuration: Steel ball, with a diameter of 5mm stainless steel ball and a mass of 4kg
