Heat sealing instrument

The heat sealing instrument is a testing instrument developed and produced for the testing of packaging heat sealing strength. The heat sealing instrument is mainly used to measure the heat sealing temperature, time, pressure and other parameters of plastic film substrate, flexible packaging composite film, coating paper and other heat sealing composite films. The heat sealing instrument mainly refers to the testing instrument used for laboratory sealing and sample preparation. Heat sealing materials with different melting points, thermal stability, flowability, and thickness may exhibit different sealing performance, and their sealing process parameters may vary greatly. Among the numerous product packaging testing projects, the heat sealing strength testing of packaging is an important analytical indicator for evaluating and ensuring the sealing strength of the heat sealing part. This requires conducting a heat seal test on the product. If the heat sealing strength is insufficient, it can cause the packaging to crack at the heat sealing area, resulting in food and drug leakage, pollution, and other problems.
