Martindale pilling tester

The Martindale pilling tester can test the wear resistance and pilling performance of various structured fabrics. The sample undergoes low-pressure continuous directional friction with a certain friction material, and the degree of wear and pilling can be compared and evaluated with standard parameters. The instrument adopts a movable sample fastening component, which can remove a friction sample at any time without affecting other samples. It not only achieves rapid and independent detection of the sample, but also ensures the accuracy of friction measurement during the same period. It is a recognized fastening method in BS EN ISO12947-1:1999. This instrument is equipped with an electronic preset processing timer and total counter, sample clamp and load device (in compliance with international testing standards), and can provide models with 4, 6, 8, and 9 heads.
