Principles for selecting atmospheric samplers

The atmospheric sampler plays a good role in detecting harmful gases in the air and environment. With the continuous progress of science and technology, new products are constantly being introduced for atmospheric samplers, such as intelligent atmospheric samplers, explosion-proof atmospheric samplers, dual gas path atmospheric samplers, and so on, greatly enriching the classification of atmospheric samplers.

The atmospheric sampler is just a part of the sampling instrument, and there are also individual samplers, dust samplers, dust and toxin samplers, explosion-proof samplers, etc.

Selection principle:

1. The nominal diameter of the sampling tube should not exceed 15mm.

2. Fixed top tanks should be of float (ball) type.

3. Folding type should be selected for floating roof tanks and inner floating roof tanks.

4. When the medium is jet fuel, the material of the sampling tube should be stainless steel or aluminum alloy.

5. When the liquid level is below 4M, sampling is generally not conducted. Users should fill out the technical data sheet of the sampler in detail.
