Main parameters of curtain burning tester

The curtain burning tester is used to test the flame retardancy of single-layer or multi-layer curtains, curtains and other suspended fabrics, but it cannot be used for fabrics with a gram of more than 700g/m2 (21oz/yd2).
  Applicable standards:
   National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) NFPA 701: 2004&2009 Edition Test Method 1
  The main parameters:
   Combustion box:
   1. Specifications: 675mm wide, 500mm deep, 700mm high.
  2. Structure: 12mm thick Marinite mineral board (calcium silicate board), externally wrapped with 1.2 thick 304# stainless steel, the front is an open test box, and the inner surface of the test box must be painted with a layer of smooth black paint.
  3. Meet (NFPA) NFPA 701:2004 Chapter 5 requirements.
  Meker burner (Meker Burner) hammer-shaped laboratory burner, can provide heat 10,500 BUT/Hour. Meet (NFPA) NFPA 701: 2004 5.3.3 requirements;
   Needle strip for sample installation:
   uses a 9mm stainless steel bar, 190mm long, with a steel needle with a diameter of 0.7mm and a length of 11mm
   Wire brush:
  Bronze manufacturing meets (NFPA) NFPA 701:2004 5.9 requirements
  Sample rack:
   1. Equipped with 5 stainless steel sample holders
   2. Equipped with 1 roll of standard combustion line
  Control section:
   1. Meet (NFPA) NFPA 701: 2004 5.6 requirements;
  2. Fully automatic methods: such as trigger timing, automatic opening and cutting off the air source, etc.;
  3. Touch method: using a proximity switch, which triggers the start of timing;
  4. Air supply system: equipped with pressure reducing valve, using solenoid valve to automatically open and cut off the air source, in line with (NFPA) NFPA 701: 2004 5.4 requirements;
   5. Timer: 0~99.99 seconds can be set arbitrarily, resolution: 0.01 second, precision: 0.1 second;
  6. ​​Flowmeter: It is a rotameter. Adjusting it can adjust the intensity of the flame.
