The evaporator is an important component among the four major components of refrigeration. The low-temperature condensed liquid body exchanges heat with the outside air through the evaporator, vaporizes and absorbs heat, achieving the effect of refrigeration.

The evaporator mainly consists of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat required for evaporation to the liquid, promoting its boiling and vaporization; The evaporation chamber completely separates the gas-liquid phases.

On the basis of ensuring the quality and production capacity of evaporated products, then consider:

A. Simple structure and economical cost

B. Good heat transfer effect

C. Easy to manufacture and maintain

D. Has good adaptability to evaporated solutions, such as viscosity, foaming, thermal sensitivity, and the possibility of crystal precipitation and scaling during the evaporation process

E. The corrosiveness of materials requires the use of reasonable manufacturing materials. For example, in the evaporation process of high salt wastewater, due to the presence of salt crystallization, caution should be exercised with membrane evaporators and a forced circulation evaporator suitable for salt crystallization should be used.
