Pore Size Analyzer

Filter can test the thickness of (0.1-3) mm. More than 3mm can be ordered special material fixture.

The test tank and platform dimensions of the filter element can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.

Test items:

Integrity (whether the damage of the filter, filter joint, end cap adhesive with or without defects);

The maximum bubble diameter of the first bubble point pressure filter;

The average pore size of the bubble point pressure filter;

Filtering accuracy (βx ≥ 20 corresponds to the reference value).

Test objects:

Oil filter material and air filter;

Oil filter and air filter;

All filter components of the chip filter and filter.
