Gas tightness testing of desulfurization test equipment

Before using the Zhiyan complex iron desulfurization test device, it is also important to check the airtightness of the test device in order to conduct the experiment safely. The airtightness inspection mainly includes the following two points.

Pressure testing

Inject water into the R201 absorption tower with a pump and maintain the pressure at 0.2Mpa for 20-30 minutes. Thoroughly inspect the equipment and pipelines for cracks and water leakage. If there are no such phenomena and the pressure gauge pointer does not drop, the pressure test is qualified.

Leakage testing

Use compressed air to increase the system pressure to 0.2MPa, and then check the sealing of the equipment pipelines. A leakage rate of less than 0.2% within 24 hours is considered qualified. (Purging work can be carried out simultaneously with pressure and leakage testing)
