How to operate low-temperature circulation equipment?

The use of low-temperature circulation equipment cannot be separated from its standardized operation. When selling low-temperature circulation equipment, the corresponding low-temperature circulation equipment user manual will be provided with the equipment at the factory. Users can learn about it in advance when using it.

Low temperature circulation equipment, also known as low-temperature constant temperature bath, is a high-precision constant temperature source with built-in refrigeration, and also has the function of a small chiller.

Widely used in research departments such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, biochemical, physical properties, testing, and chemical analysis, as well as in higher education institutions, factory laboratories, and metrology and quality inspection departments.

According to the different opening sizes of low-temperature circulation equipment, constant temperature experiments can be conducted inside the low-temperature circulation equipment, or connected to other equipment through hoses and used in conjunction with a constant temperature source.

Attention should be paid to the medium used in low-temperature circulation equipment. When the working temperature of the medium inside the low-temperature circulation equipment is relatively low, an aqueous solution of ethylene glycol or anhydrous ethanol is generally selected.

When the working temperature of low-temperature circulation equipment is between 5 ℃ and 80 ℃, deionized water is generally selected. When the working temperature of low-temperature circulation equipment is between 80 ℃ and 98 ℃, a 15% glycerol aqueous solution is generally selected.

Working power supply for low-temperature circulation equipment:

220V/50Hz, the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good grounding device;

Add liquid medium to the low-temperature circulation equipment, and the liquid level of the medium should be about 30mm lower than the workbench, otherwise it will damage the heater when powered on for operation.

When the operating temperature is higher than room temperature, please turn off the refrigeration. The low-temperature circulation equipment can maintain a constant temperature.

When using low-temperature circulation equipment at temperatures above 30 ℃, please do not use ethanol to avoid danger (as the evaporation rate is relatively fast at high temperatures, it is prone to danger).

Low temperature circulation equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles within 300mm of the instrument. When the operating temperature of the low temperature circulation equipment is high;

Attention should be paid not to open the upper cover and keep hands away from entering the slot to prevent burns. After using the low-temperature circulation equipment, all switches should be turned off and the power should be cut off; Do a good job of cleaning and keep the workbench and operating panel clean.
