1.Please classify the fabric before washing in order not to affect the test result
2.Add the detergent in the bottom of the?inside?enamel(different type and dosage for different test standard)
4.Choose the procedure(different test procedure for different test standard)
5.Choose the load capacity(4 choices: low,middle,high,super high)
6.Choose the temperature(different temperature for different test fabric,please refer to AATCC standard test method)
7.Press the “start” button to start washing( 2-3 minutes delay in water filling is normal as the system check the loading balance automaticly).
Maintenance of AATCC washer
1.Replace the inlet pipe on a regular base.
2.Please choose the detergent according to standard,avoid excessive use of detergent.
3.Use the hot water or warm water, no use of cold water
4.Keep the lid open,and keep the washer dry.
5.To prolong the life,please clean the machine after the use.
