2. Working principle of Dry microbial penetration resistance tester

Put the test piece on the agar petri dish, place a bacterial slice of the same size on the test piece, cover it with a piece of high-density polyethylene film with a thickness of about 10 microns, and use a conical steel ring to seal the three-layer material (the test material is at the bottom). , the bacterial slices are centered, the high-density polyethylene film is on the top), and the ring kit is placed on the agar petri dish on the turntable. It is subjected to a combination of pressure and friction to simulate the forces that may occur in the barrier material and the penetration of microorganisms under wet conditions during practical application. The microorganisms on the bacterial sheet penetrate the test material and migrate to the surface of the agar medium. The penetration performance of the test material can be quantitatively evaluated by culturing the agar plate and counting the colonies.


3. Product Features

3.1. The turntable rotates quietly and smoothly, and the rotation time of the turntable is automatically controlled by the timer.

3.2. The test finger is guided by a rotating outward wheel, which can reciprocate laterally from the center of the rotating agar culture dish to the periphery.

3.3. The force exerted by the test finger on the material can be adjusted.

3.4. The test parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
