1. How to use. Improper use will greatly reduce the life of the lamp tube of the device. The following points should be paid attention to when using:
A. Transformer parameters and lamp parameters should be matched, and the voltage and current should not exceed the design indicators. In particular, the starting voltage should not be too high, generally not exceeding 40% of the designed working voltage.
B. Keep the pipe wall clean, especially to remove oil stains and dust. Because these substances will penetrate into the lamp tube of the UV weather-resistant test chamber on the surface of the tube wall at high temperature, hindering the ultraviolet radiation.
C. The ventilation is scientific and reasonable. The ventilation volume must be scientifically calculated, the purpose is to absorb the heat generated by the UV lamp out of the lamp tube, so that the lamp can work in a normal temperature environment, not the lower the temperature, the better. Ventilation keeps the lamp head temperature below 150°C. In addition, use a reasonable air volume to keep the temperature of the lines, sensors, and box shells in the light box below 90 °C.
2. Design service life. The following factors have a great influence on the UV lamp life of UV Accelerated Weathering Tester. A. Pipe wall load. The life of the lamp with a large load is low, and the same working current, the life of the lamp is shorter if the diameter of the lamp is small.
B. Working voltage. The lamp voltage is too high and the service life is low.
C, power density. High power density and low lamp life.
3, the production process. This factor is the most important factor restricting the quality of equipment UV lamps. The domestic quartz tube can be intuitively seen with the eyes that there are air bubbles in the tube wall, which affects the ultraviolet radiation out of the tube wall. The aging resistance and temperature resistance of tungsten wire and cathode material directly affect the life of the electrode.
