The small effective air filter test device is a highly targeted filter test equipment. Based on the principle of European standard en1822-5:20 filter element efficiency measurement. However, it is in line with the testing status of finished filter and filter materials in domestic related industries. After years of use and practice, the instrument has a humanized design, which has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient operation and wide application scope. Users can easily obtain the measurement data of resistance, flow rate and filtration efficiency of the filter or finished filter by adjusting the variable frequency air volume controller. This system can provide the complete data parameters in time.
The test device can use aerosol spray method to measure the filtration efficiency of the finished filter. The filtration efficiency of the finished filter can be determined by atmospheric method. It provides a complete data parameter to the sample seal.
